I planned today to be my full rest day. Both training and work wise, meaning I only had a short recovery run to do, no strength training. I accidentally walked almost 20k steps (oops)! I guess I enjoyed the sun in London too much and just kept walking and walking!
I'm also working on giving myself at least one day off work a week to fully switch off. I find it extremely important as a business founder, when you could technically work 24/7 😜
