Small changes BIG effect
Wow, honestly I can’t believe that these two small changes I made are already having such a big effect:
  • Sticking to my workout schedule (3 times a week)
  • Not eating candy (I’ve never been a heavy candy eater, but still—every now and then)
Honestly, for the past year I overcomplicated things.
