@Alyssa Furukawa I honestly even believe that this whole ideal of women should be looking a certain way, is just another way of keeping us small. I am so over it! It's time to raise. And it starts by loving ourselves ❤️

@Alyssa Furukawa Yes I agree it is def not easy. I did some EFT tapping the other day, and that helped with some reprogramming.

Hello you all 🌸, I actually do love exercising. Somewhere inbetween getting diagnosed with Hashimoto (and they say to not extra stress the body with intense exercise when having it) and constant shoulder icks, I stopped heavy lifting - but am back at it now :). Goals for next year: losing a few kilos, training to have nice shoulders (@Alyssa Furukawa your shoulder are fire🔥), a training & eating plan I can stick to, and easiest ways of eating enough protein while not eating too much meat. Thank you for your support @Alyssa Furukawa 🙏❤️
