There’s also value in recognizing we don’t need to be sick or at rock bottom to want to feel and function better.
Step 1- Set an intention for 14 days: Swap one small habit for one better habit. Declare your intention either in your journal or jot it here for accountability. Step 2 - Use the daily 20-second read --> leverage brain science to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it
The goal is consistency (not perfection) in order to build habits that eventually become automatic and free up limited time/energy. Our kids are watching.😉💪
