Muscle Builder Challenge. Week 1.
πŸ’―We pair one lower body compound move with an upper body compound move: 1️⃣ Balanced training SYSTEM: Learning the system means, you’re learning how to train ANYTIME (quick lunch break), ANYWHERE (sidelines at practice), in any situation (travel, hotel rooms) β€” while still keeping it full-body balanced and minimal effective dose. πŸ’ͺ🏽 It evolves from a chore to a lifestyle!πŸ’― 2️⃣ Short + ultra-efficient sessions = Less friction. Less self-negotiation. More consistency in starting, everytime. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ If you did the "push" strength session with squats and presses, ⁉️ What felt easiest? (comment below) ⁉️ What felt the most challenging? (comment below) Take 30 seconds to do WHAT MOST PEOPLE SKIP β€” and miss the benefits of: πŸ‘€ OBSERVE β†’ 🧠 ANALYZE β†’ πŸ” REPEAT That’s how we build PROFICIENCY β†’ then AUTOMATION. Done - but with slight modification. Since I just joined, I just jumped and did today's (Friday). Also, since I only had a total of about 20min and I had to review the movement videos, I only got to do one set of each exercise. Better something then nothing. Will work up to the being able to complete the entire workout. Love it

On to week 2. Since I joined late though, this is technically my first round. Each day seems to get a little easier for me to start.
What's your protein system? What's your meal building framework?
𝑻𝒉𝒆 7 π’‘π’“π’π’•π’†π’Šπ’π’” strong π’˜π’π’Žπ’†π’ 𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 π’˜π’†π’†π’Œ πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ Social media makes nutrition confusing. Women who consistently hit protein target rotate the same few foods (sparing decision fatigue) Example rotation: β€’ Chicken πŸ” β€’ Ground turkey β€’ Salmon 🐟 β€’ Eggs πŸ₯š πŸ₯š β€’ Greek yogurt β€’ Tofu / tempeh 🌱 🫘 β€’ Lean beef πŸ₯© Decision fatigue kills good nutrition. I'll say it πŸ˜‚ again ... Decision fatigue kills good nutrition. Instead of asking: β€œWhat should I eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner?” Step 1 -Pick from your protein rotation. Step 2- Pick your plant/produce Step 3 - Pick your starch Example Cottage cheese β†’ berries β†’ oats Salmon β†’ broccoli β†’ rice TOMORROW WE DIAL IN ON PROTEIN TARGETS PER MEAL ⬇️ Quick check. Comment one word: ⬇️ Which protein are you consuming to kickstart your day? = ________

My go to is salmon/fish and beef for for dinners. I've also been doing pork since its so reasonable and "lean". For breakfast, its definitely eggs (over easy)
Body Awareness. Hydration
πŸ€” Curious… πŸ’¦When you're well hydrated, what’s the first signal your body gives you? 🀩Sometimes it’s obvious. 🀫Sometimes it’s subtle. πŸ’For many women it shows up as: β€’ fewer snack cravings β€’ clearer thinking β€’ workouts feel easier β€’ fewer headaches What’s the first thing you notice?

Less headaches and feeling more energized and definitely more bathroom visits :)

Name: Jennifer (Jenni) Lee In this community, I hope to gain: the courage to get stronger so that I can be my best self for my family. I'm currently part of the "sandwich" generation starting to be involved with my parents as they age while also having my own family to raise and nurture. I'm normally very private and shy and this is a big step for me to be a part of a community. I'm passionate about starting to growing our own healthy food and one day having a fully sustainable off-grid farm.
