Habit Builder Challenge. DAY 1. (All are welcome-Jump in anytime!)
Day 1: Decide on your IDENTITY: Write in your journal or post your identity below. When we declare who we are becoming, our brains start noticing evidence in our environment that makes it true. Your note may just inspire someone else who needs to see it. My example: “I’m someone who advocates strength +power for women to maintain strength/coordination therefore I include 20 second high intensity interval bursts into my weekly training." Your turn 👇

14 Day Habit Builder Sprint Round 2. All are invited! Monday May 11 START!
Hey Superladies! The feedback I’ve been receiving is that many women have already elevated their eating & training routines. The difficulty is staying consistent & following through on what we say we wanna do. As we head into the chaos of end-of-year school wrap-ups, parties, travel, and summer schedules, let’s use this FUN AND FREE CHALLENGE as a habit reset & kickstart. This kickstart is about making a proactive, conscious decision to TAKE BACK MORE CONTROL over your limited time & energy during the busy summer months. The goal is to start automating a LIFESTYLE that helps you feel more energized, more confident in your clothes, stronger in your body, and clearer in your mind — without relying on motivation all summer long. Choose ONE small habit you’d like to swap out and upgrade for a habit that gets you closer to your goals faster. Post yours below 👇

Habit Builder Challenge round 2 starts Monday 5/11
There’s value in accepting where we’re currently at. There’s also value in recognizing we don’t need to be sick or at rock bottom to want to feel and function better. Step 1- Set an intention for 14 days: Swap one small habit for one better habit. Declare your intention either in your journal or jot it here for accountability. Step 2 - Use the daily 20-second read --> leverage brain science to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it The goal is consistency (not perfection) in order to build habits that eventually become automatic and free up limited time/energy. Our kids are watching.😉💪 We start tomorrow. It takes less than 3 minutes a day to set an intention, take more agency over the day, and build momentum toward feeling more energized, more clear-headed, and stronger in your skin, muscles, bones, and trust in yourself. Click here to join. Invite a friend and make it a friendly competition. 😉 Winner chooses between: • a 1-hour personal training session (online or in person) • or a Whole Foods gift card. @Kelly Nishimura@Melissa Pampulov @Jessica Katayama @Tiana Kamehiro @Lori Crowley @Elizabeth Wong @Aimee Pang @Nicole Morita @Amy Bender @Kristi Noborikawa @Kyunghee Han @Jennifer Renasia @Jenni Lee @Kelli Johnson @Nani Hanus I see you guys and got you!💪

Future you is getting outplayed by today’s scrolling & shopping
Quick BUT URGENT, check-in 👀 If I had to guess… You’ve saved a few workouts. Maybe a recipe or two. Possibly even thought, “I’ll start this week.” And somehow… the day fills up and it doesn’t happen. You're waiting to feel ready. Not because you don’t care. Just because taking action now on a future forecast, doesn't quite hit the spot like shopping or scrolling. Let’s change that today: → Pick ONE focus (protein, vegetables, workouts, steps, or sleep) → Lock in your next 3 workout times (10–20 min is enough) You don’t need more ideas. You need a small follow-through moment. Comment your ONE focus + your next workout day 👇 I'm always watching, waiting to help you course correct! "We don't have to be sick to want to get better"😉

Fourth week of March.
Close the loop for the behavior you intend to automate. The habit loop goes like this: Cue → action → reward. Declare your completion here and drop a "done" and a quick recap of what you did today! Your post may be the inspiration another teammate needs today!
Fourth week of March.
