โš™๏ธ Afternoon Fuel System Most afternoons, we keep it simple: We proactively avoid cravings, stress snacking, boredom, fatigueโ€ฆ โœ” Protein + Fiber is our system Examples: ๐Ÿฅฃ Greek yogurt + berries ๐ŸŽ Cottage/string cheese + apple ๐Ÿฅค Protein smoothie + chia Why?๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค” ๐Ÿ’ช supports muscle ๐Ÿง  steady energy ๐Ÿฝ better satiety โšก Small Adjustment Before Lifting๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ Heading into your workout feeling flat or sluggish? Add quick digesting carbs. Examples: ๐Ÿฏ honey + pinch of salt ๐Ÿ‰ watermelon + salt ๐ŸŒ banana ๐Ÿฅค tiny juice Why? Quick carbs provide glucose, the fuel your muscles use during lifting.
