👉 Without a plan, you're winging it. And if you're winging it, you're losing.
2️⃣ You’re not staying CONSISTENT.
You have the plan, but you’re not following through. Life’s getting in the way. Excuses are sneaking in. You're breaking the promises you made to yourself.
👉 You don’t rise to your goals… You fall to the level of your habits.
