How to Change Your Life in a Year, Lose 30lbs & Never Look Back
๐Ÿ™Œ Big shoutout to @Steven Meanley Stephen joined us just over a year ago. High cholesterol, the heaviest he'd ever been, and a doctor telling him things needed to change. Fast forward 12 months, 30 lbs down, two half marathons completed, and a completely different person. He sat down with me on the podcast and told the whole story. The hard parts, the mindset shifts, what finally made it click. If you haven't watched or listened yet, go check it out. I promise you'll take something from it. ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Link below ๐Ÿ‘‡ YouTube: https://youtu.be/c91CXnEkBDI Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/episode/6y7NKQRIiBAArtscCCNLAC?si=a9d367a086ef4972
WIN THE MORNING. WIN THE DAY.
Letโ€™s be honest for a second. If your mornings are reactiveโ€ฆyour days are reactive. And if your days are reactiveโ€ฆyour results are average. This slipped for me slightly over the past few weeks... straight on the phone, straight into work, no structureโ€ฆ And I felt it: - Lower energy - Worse recovery - More stress - Less control Thatโ€™s the cost. So this week, we reset. IT STARTS THE NIGHT BEFORE Winning the morning isnโ€™t about willpower. Itโ€™s about preparation. Before you go to bed: - Plan tomorrow (training, meals, priorities) - Get what you need ready - Remove decisions Because the more decisions you have to make in the morningโ€ฆthe more likely you are to make the wrong ones. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Planning = clarity ๐Ÿ‘‰ Clarity = execution THE MORNING STANDARD No negotiation. โ›” No snooze button. Every time you hit snooze, youโ€™re delaying action. Thatโ€™s a habit, and it carries into everything else. ๐Ÿ“ต No phone for 20โ€“30 minutes. Donโ€™t let the world dictate your mindset before youโ€™ve even started your day. ๐Ÿ’ง Hydrate immediately, 750ml water minimum, I add electrolytes. Wake the system up. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ Move your body. It doesnโ€™t need to be perfect. Stretch. Walk. 20 push-ups. Just get your heart rate up and body moving. THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE Average people wait to feel ready. High performers create momentum early. You donโ€™t rise to your goals. You fall to the level of your systems. YOUR TASK THIS WEEK ๐Ÿ‘‰ Lock in your night-before routine ๐Ÿ‘‰ Execute your morning standard ๐Ÿ‘‰ Build momentum daily Comment below: What ONE thing are you fixing in your morning routine this week? No more drifting. No more soft starts. Letโ€™s raise the standard. ๐Ÿ‘Š

Shout out to @Lauren Fox this week Not only has Lauren smashed her first marathon and few weeks back did amazing in a half.....and now 4 weeks away from another And...been getting leaner She is also getting a HELL of a lot stronger in the gym, and when we started Strength sessions were just the to help the running It's just very exciting to see some one smashing their goals, but then also smashing an area that wasn't a main goal And she is doing this by getting in there and getting them done, even going in early so she can make sure it happens (busy days make it harder, so putting herself first) Annnnnd, this is a big one. She sends at least 3 videos from each workout to get pointers on technique Amazing progress so far, can't wait to see more coming ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

Having To Buy New Jeans Monthly...
Massive shoutout to @Michael Gallagher 52 years old, dropped 38lbs, and ran a half-marathon in under a year, the man is an absolute inspiration. But what makes Michael's story so special isn't just the numbers. It's the honesty. He came in knowing exactly what to do and still had the humility to ask for help. That takes guts. Incredibly proud of everything you've achieved, mate, and we're just getting started. Marathon next ๐Ÿ‘€ Mission beat @James Pace is on! Want to hear the full story? ๐Ÿ‘‡
