FEBRUARY KICKSTART - LET’S BUILD MOMENTUM
Happy Monday, team! First Monday of February 👊 When a new month starts, it’s really important that you create positive reinforcement. That means taking a minute to reflect, not to dwell, but to build momentum. Before we rush into February, look back at January: - What went well? - What didn’t? - What do we keep? - What do we adjust? - This reflection is what allows you to: - Win February - Get back on track if January wasn’t great - or build on momentum if it was 👇 Take 2 minutes and comment below: 👇 1️⃣ Your 1-3 biggest wins from January Personal, professional, health, fitness, nutrition all count. 2️⃣ Your biggest struggle And most importantly, how are you going to overcome it? (No victim mindset. Think proactively.) 3️⃣ Your 1-3 goals for February Clear, realistic, and action-focused. I’ll start with mine in the comments below. This is how we move forward with intention instead of drifting. Let’s make February count. 🔥
FEBRUARY KICKSTART - LET’S BUILD MOMENTUM
1 enjoying going to the gym. Steps are back up and it feels as a routine and not a task. I feel better in general and it seams like things are falling in to place. 2 finding back to “how easy” it was last time, I didn’t expect that finding a good breakfast would be a challenge (I also didn’t expect to be feed up with the one I’ve had for 1.5 years 😅) 3 hit the goal for weight loose. Keep my strength in the gym. Finding my new favourite breakfast 🤩
@Simon Johnson it’s in the freezer for when you’ll do the Copenhagen marathon 😉🙌🏼
LAST 3 DAYS OF THE STEP CHALLENGE!
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas! Drop below your months total so far + what you have left to tick off in these next 3 days to hit the 350,000 goal 🙌 Let’s finish off 2025 strong! For me - 32,539 steps left!
LAST 3 DAYS OF THE STEP CHALLENGE!
I’m missing 35.178 for the last 3 days 😊 so I’ll be walking on my walking pad tonight while I plan the snacks for new years 😉💪🏼
As I was quiet on here last week thought I would add my own share from last week
So it is the season to be having parties and social gatherings for Christmas Me and my mates have one every year and it is always a blow out Lots of drink, plenty of food and then even more drinks....wellll out of my comfort zone 🤣 And it zapped my energy the next day and then all week But this is where your reason why 💪, killer habits 💪, world class basics 💪(whatever you want to call it) HAVE to kick in I was tired alllllll week. But when it was time to train (I have when I train booked in my phone diary) I trained We are doing the step challenge so even though 1 of my running days, my actual steps was only 2k....I made sure I got over 12k average for the week I had LOADS of calories on Saturday, so I made sure to plan my calories each evening for the next day throughout the week We should make memories and be Merry this time of year...BUT...we should always put the work in when we have to I was so so tired all week, but I didn't want to miss ticking my boxes The Phrase show up regardless has stuck with me for a long time and helps me get it done Whats your mindset or habits you are planning to use to get it done around the Christmas socials?

A little late with my update, days are flying by at the moment. What I learned from last year is that I don’t always get the extra walks when I’m at home with my family. Even though we do enjoy getting out for walks the weather usually decides how much we actually get out. So this year I bought s walking pad and only 1st of December has been under 12k steps. 💪🏼 I dont have that many Christmas lunches so I aim to get my mealprep done with great filing meals so I don’t get tempted to snack all the Christmas treats. My gym routine will be planed when I’m at home (in Copenhagen) and then when I’m going to my family’s place I’ll have some extra rest days. My biggest motivation to keep going is to hang my Christmas and New Years dress/outfit where I can see it because I want to look good in it. Also a friendly reminder to myself is that if I let go now, I’ll have to eat less for a longer time in the new year to get back on track 😅✌🏼 Being a foodie, it’s a bit of a threat to myself
What’s your favorite Christmas food?
Let’s settle the debate it’s 100% mince pies and I won’t be suede on this! 😂
What’s your favorite Christmas food?
Danish Christmas food is a bit different, and not really something I like 😅✌🏼 I do enjoy the roasted duck. (As a kid I got roasted turkey) I have to be aware of not eating too much nuts and “konfekt” -it’s marzipan, nougat and chocolate in different variations.
