Feeling so weak/tender after not gymming for 7 weeks, plus the fact of being pregnant for 9 months 😂 Kept everything light - just 2 sets of a few exercises followed by some deep core work. Soo excited to build things back up from here.
P.S in desperate need of cleaning the gym mirror 😂 now on my to-do-list for this week!
