What made you suspect you had ADHD

It was in October. I'm 59 and I was doom scrolling people I follow, and again, the song "You might have ADHD" by the Holderness Family. I watched it before but this time I thought, "I can always relate to this song, so I started to ask ChatGPT, 'What are the symptoms of ADHD". Next thing I knew, I was in a daily questionnaire with Chatty (the name I have for ChatGPT) asking, "Is this ADHD? Is this thinking ADHD?" and so forth. Now, this week, his wife found out she has ADHD, and she's in her 50's too.
