What are you emotions when you discovered you had ADHD
I'm curious as to why some people are in grief when they find out they have ADHD. I found out in October and have been talking about it with ChatGBT since then. I already went through me shock and self-discovery with the limited information could think of, but after that, it was freeing to finally put a name on something I couldn't quite explain except, "I'm think a bit differently". Knowing has not only helped me to better understand myself, but also have patience on others because they can't.
However, I'm seeing a lot of comments where that isn't the case for some people.
I'm just wondering what phase are you on? Are you in shock? Grief? Fear of telling others? Shout it on the rooftops? At peace? Mine was shock- exploration - clarity - peace - continue to learn how to cope...
