Just finished Week 6. Six weeks ago I told myself I was too old, too arthritic, and too afraid to change. Today I wrote that I'm not afraid anymore. Five weeks without a drink. Water and protein before coffee is hardwired. I declined a job interview that wasn't right for me and it felt amazing. To Cohort 2 - thank you.
