I have to be honest I didn’t work on this yet… have been here for a while now…. So I feel this is the moment to start….
And I understand it: my body wasn't designed to sit still for 10 hours and then wonder why my brain feels foggy. 🌫️
Motion creates emotion. 🌊
Stillness creates stagnation. 🪨
I can totally do 10 minutes. 🚶♀️ A walk around the block. ⏱️ A stretch between calls. 🤸♀️ Stairs instead of the elevator. 🪜 A dance break in the kitchen. 💃
My body is alive. Time to treat it like that. 🔥
