Since the last challenge I have been focusing intentionally on sleep as a big rock. I can now say that I have consistently been getting to bed before 10:30 for 4 weeks and I’m getting close to my goal of 7 hrs sleep per night…it’s really making a difference!
I find I am generally more focused and feel like I’m following through with things…
I’m doing daily planning and actually ticking things off my list.
Lots of these are things I have been procrastinating on for months.
I’ve also had other wins…especially with maintaining zero in unread emails across 3 email boxes.
I never realised how draining that little red number showing unread emails was until it was no longer in the 1000’s ( I have collectively deleted 20,000 emails to date).
Getting sleep set up as a big rock was the best thing I could have done.🥰
