Section 3
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realised something I'd never connected before. The thing I actually want back isn't a better to-do list. It's permission to dream again, which I quietly gave up because wanting something and then forgetting it hurt too much. Turns out "I'm doing it wrong" and "I stopped dreaming" were the same wound the whole time.
