Section 2 Snapshot.

Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. I've been calling it "lack of confidence" for years, but it's actually grief - for the relationships that never got deeper, the people I could've helped, the versions of me I stopped believing in. And the distraction cycle I can't break? Turns out it's not a knowledge problem. It's a nervous system problem.
