Summary brought tears:
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized my "perfectionism" with finishing projects was never about the work. It was fear of being seen. I traced it back to 4th grade, checking the mirror to make sure I still existed. Apparently I've been hiding in plain sight my whole life, and ADHD might be the string that finally ties it together.
