I did my worksheets yesterday and found that movement is my first domino. I've been focusing on my sleep for years now going through perimenopause. I asked Sage to create a workout routine for me and it even picked exercises from the workout app that I use and created a program for me taking into consideration my past injuries, what will keep me motivated and even suggested playlists to listen to as I'm working out. It was so much fun. Highly recommend. Sage even suggested what to name my workouts to inspire me to get my butt to the gym! Consider me impressed!
