Breakthroughs instead of procrastination

Learn what I can about ADHD, I was diagnosed borderline at age 50 and think I may have tipped over because of all the stress the past 5 years. I have not studied ADHD at all since diagnosed.

For fun, I like to:

Try to figure out how to start this online business. Sing and now make AI songs. Pray and create prayers to share. Joke around with people and talk to and play with my granddaughter when possible.
