Opal - Options for labptops
I so need something like Opal for my work computer, to keep me away from "all the things - that the ADHD Squirrel leads me to". It's tough being as curious as a cat!!! I have just downloaded the Opal - Screen Time Focus App Blocker on my phone, but I note it cannot do it for my laptop. If any of you Tech genius' know of what I can do with my computer to achieve a similar option, I would be ever so grateful.
