On Deserving to do nothing for a day:)
📅 Daily Check-in - September 24, 2026
💭 Reflection:
Yesterday was my lazy lazy day when at first I felt "less than "and like a dropout, and i dont think i posted. And 1/2 way thru the day I registered again that I'm healing from surgery, and I've been having over the top responsibilities around the house , and sometimes i deserve to just sit and read and stay on the couch and nap in bed and move back to the couch :-), and thanks to today's lesson, Jim reminded me that since August 1 i've been running on cortisol and now I am coming down. And I'm off to catch up on my sleep and drink my tall glass of water! Good night everyone, and thank you for being there. Today was such an honor to "be in awareness " with you all. 😘
