I'm 66yrs old /young granny from Finland.
Just jumped into this ADHD Harmony based on to get some relief with my daughters multiple neurolocigal symptons (ADHD being one) to be able to handle all the daily challengies between our communication, but after having a moment with Jim"s Twin...I understood I have to heal myself before I can help anyone else.
