Misdiagnosis and hello!!

Hey i was diagnosed at 16 with depression. I knew since i was at the oldest 8 when i thought i was broken and different and something wasn't right. Fast forward 50 years distress, suicide attempts, self medicating, genuine depression and trauma and finally after 21 years no antidepressants for 13 months coz a therapist said if these aren't affecting xyz i don't think you're depressed. I'm bouncing around like a bouncing ball on steriods but I AM NOT depressed. Hello all!!
