💭 Reflection:
"Well yesterday evening is one I want to forget. I spiralled downward like crazy. I had been in a live coaching lab as part of my qualification. We had a 5 minute break where I went back to Jim's Twin for emergency help! I really wanted to ditch the lab altogether. My Monster Squash had taken hold and wasn't about to let go. Anyway, I finished the lab and shed loads of tears afterwards. I was infuriated by the fact that I tried twice to ask a question but didn't get the airtime - it's the same old people who get to ask their questions and I was sick of it. In 10 sessions, I've only received one lot of feedback which was early on and I have no way of gauging where I'm at. So it was a bad night but I managed to get to sleep and today is a new day. We've already worked out where I'm going wrong with the type of studying that I'm doing - recalling information was not a happening thing. So protocol already developed before I'm out of bed - what a start already!! It's going to be a good day today - I can just feel it."
