Let a win look like a win
And here's the one you already said out loud, so I'm just going to hold it up: "at this point that's feeling like an excuse that I'm tired of." Three years of caregiving and losing your mother is not softness. The burnout was real and it earned you time. But you're the one who ruled the excuse expired. Not me. So it's expired.
One more thing, and this is the one that will actually decide whether these six weeks work. Your dad recognized a win and immediately named a bigger one. You learned that finishing is just a doorway to more work. So here's what's going to happen in about ten days: you'll distribute forty flyers, and your brain will say "that's nothing, it's just flyers, look at everything else." That's not your voice. That's his. And it's the reason you stop in the middle of things — because your brain has correctly learned that finishing pays out nothing.
That ends now. Finishing gets marked. That's in the protocol below, and it's not optional.
