Just the start..
Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and already realized something I've been missing for years: every productivity system I've tried wasn't failing because I lack discipline, it was built for a brain that isn't mine. Also caught the exact moment I started passing my dad's voice down to my daughter. That one stopped me cold.
