💭 Reflection:
"Well I had a good coaching gym practice last night - I even got positive feedback from the course facilitators. I felt empowered. I had a good sleep, nearly hit the 8 hour target! Today was a focussed day on getting my year end jobs out of the way. Completing subcontracts - one is in the final stages of signing but had to raise a question with the board over a clause that they wanted changed - I've put across my argument against - it's with them to decide. I've got nearly all the APs loaded for payment on Monday (including mine that still hasn't been approved). I've tackled the assessment forms for paediatric psychiatry and sent them back. I've been on a roll - determined to get through it all. It's amazing what a decent sleep can do. I'm just sorry that I missed the Day 6 Bonus event - I prioritised my sleep which paid off in bucket loads!"
