Introduction

Hi, I am Ashutosh from India. I am a Software Engineer professional. I have been dealing with the issue of low self-belief and self-esteem. All this started to happen a few years back after my loved one passed away. Many times I used to blame myself for any mistake done by me. I feel I was a bit harsh on myself and overthink every small problem. But now I feel it is all in my head, and I am ready to erase and fix all these problems from my life. I am very excited to be a part of this community, learning and growing. Thanks
