💭 Reflection:
"Well we covered a lot today. Developed a protocol to help me through situations like last night. We worked on how we could help me to retain information better than what I'm doing at the moment. Worksheet 4 has been completed. There was a glitch which meant that I couldn't do Worksheet 5 as I ran out of questions. But tomorrow is another day. 3:30am wake up so I can get my laptop and everything organised for our Week 6 live at 4am NZST. I must be mad! But honestly, overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed the 6-week programme. I've shed so many tears, learnt so much about myself, that the only way is up from here on in. Yes I may get days where I go backwards slightly but it's all about how you pick yourself up again. And on that note, it's good night from Tuesday in NZ!"
