I was a little skeptical and cynical at first
I was a little skeptical at first and cynical. However, as each day progressed, built on the last, it helped me see things I didn't see. More importantly, I learned a lot about ADHD and that it is not just behavioral issues. It impacts all facets of life, some, if not most you never realized. The dots then connect and whatever skepticism or cynicism you had a first, disappears. If the 5-day Challenge is offered again, it is one I definitely feel many would benefit from, including doing it again myself. Something I definitely recommend to individuals, even if they do not have a diagnosis. It can help you see how some people are wired, and maybe even yourself. You may have been dealing with it and did not even realize all those times you did this or that (spoilers), it could be related to underlying undiagnosed ADHD
