I actually have so many browser tabs open it doesn't show a number anymore!
Hi!
I was diagnosed ADHD in my mid-20s. At 40, I'm just now grasping what that means for me and my brain! I often wonder how I functioned before and why I can't now. But, I need to stop comparing myself to the masked version I used for survival for so long. I need to educate myself and have compassion for myself. Burnout after long-term masking is a legit thing...it pulls no punches and it has me debilitated. I want to get back into life and prevent this state of being from happening again.
