How did you find 'ADHD HARMONY'?
I'm asking because I have no clue to how I found my way to here. 🫣😅
Suddenly I was answering questions from an ai while hanging out on my couch. And then there was 'Skool' that I knew about from a 'movement and mobility' program. 🫠
