Hi · ADHD Harmony™

Hi Everyone! I am Anne from Cornwall, UK. I work part time as an Operations Manager and am also a fused glass maker.

I am self diagnosed in my early 60s though I can now see ADHD patterns and traits in me going right back to early childhood and I am beginning to understand how much they have shaped my whole life. Discovering ADHD has really made me realise how I have gone through most of my life trying to use an instruction manual that is for someone else or has great chunks missing! I'm hoping to get a better understanding of me through this challenge and hopefully get some tips, tricks and methods to help me work more efficiently and feel better about myself.
