Hello 🙋🏻‍♀️

Just got my ADHD Snapshot and what the frick... That was brutal but also revealing! 😭😭 I think I need a nap now. 😔

The one thing that stood out for me from this snapshot was this... as a kid, my whole gift was connecting with people, and somewhere along the way I built walls to survive and called it protection because I was just tired of trying to make excuses and masking.

Turns out the thing I want most today is to make new friends. I can't even express how lonely this ADHD life feels at times, but I know y'all understand. And for me, this isn't really becoming somebody new...it's coming home to who I always was as a child. I still feel guarded, and yet here I am showing up anyway!

Hi, I'm Joyce, I currently live in Alabama, but have a dream to move back to the mountains in Tennessee, continue building my affiliate marketing business, and knock out a very long bucket list. 🤪🙏🏻
