Growing, Healing, and Learning to Do Things Differently. Learning to Work With My Brain, Not Against It
Hi, my name is Hooly Kitaresku or Ms✝️Holly♡Berry , and I’m from Mississauga, Ontario.
I’m not currently working due to chronic pain and mental health challenges, but I’ve been doing a lot of deep inner work and learning how my brain, body, and nervous system actually function.
I tend to understand things on a deeper level and connect ideas quickly, especially around emotional patterns, communication, and relationships, even though I sometimes struggle to express it clearly in the moment.

I’m also REALLY interested & INVESTED emotionally in the connection between the brain and body—especially how stress and unprocessed experiences can show up physically, including chronic pain, and how the body can signal when something needs attention or healing.
I’ve spent a lot of time learning about trauma, emotional patterns, and how difficult relationship dynamics—like inconsistency, lack of emotional safety, or manipulation—can affect your sense of self and your ability to trust your own feelings.
I’m especially passionate about understanding why people sometimes accept less than they need—like “breadcrumbs”—when they’ve been emotionally deprived for a long time, and how that impacts self-worth, fulfillment, and long-term happiness.
I’ve been through and experienced a LOT personally, which is a BIG part of why I’m so deeply and personally invested in learning and understanding these things. It’s not just something I’m casually interested in—I ACTIVELY seek out information, reflect on it, and try to apply what I’m learning in my own life.
I’m especially interested in the deeper layers behind what people experience, including the emotional, psychological, and spiritual side of things. From my perspective, that can also include spiritual warfare, and how unseen battles can affect our thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I’m still learning and growing in my understanding, but it’s something that matters deeply to me.
What I want to get from ADHD Harmony are tools 🛠🪛🪓⛏️⚒️🪚🪏and support that ACTUALLY work with how my brain 🧠 functions—especially with consistency, emotional regulation, follow-through, and building structure without burnout or exhaustion. I also want clarity on how to create something meaningful for myself that could eventually help others.
For fun, I like learning about things that interest me, going deep into topics, growing spiritually, and having meaningful conversations when I have the energy for it. I also value quiet time to reflect and reset.
I do also love to play games 🎮 of all sorts, listen 🎶, dance 💃🏽 and sing to music especially worship music 🎶 ✝️🛐
