💭 Reflection:
Not feeling much like saying anything. Thoughts create your reality, I know that. BUT it doesn't help when I don't FEEL grateful. I mean some say "fake it til you make it" and that can be applies easily mixing real things with things one wants say " I am grateful for being loved by my otto (nickname for m SO), I am grateful for being where I always wanted to be, I am grateful for being the most focused I have ever been and I am grateful for being so lucky & abundant like never before in my entire life. I am so grateful for being healthy and having the perfectly optimal body". I'll give it a try for some days, maybe it works....
