Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized the "paradox" I've been calling myself my whole life - extremely organized AND extremely messy, extremely efficient AND extremely not - isn't a paradox at all. It's an interest-based brain doing exactly what interest-based brains do. I've been treating a neurological fact like a character flaw since I was seven years old.
