Optional reflection/win: I'm trying to focus on the win that I've managed to dedicate time to watch this one video to start the day. I've gained knowledge, shared it with my daughter, and although my diet did not go according to plan, little changes are already being implemented. I confess that I'm a bit scared as I don't want to drop the ball.🤞
