Just finished my ADHD Snapshot and here's what landed: I've been on a big personal transformation journey for a while now, but apparently doing it without a critical piece of the puzzle: I might have ADHD. Turns out I already know what I need to hear - "it's ok, it's not your fault" - I just haven't given myself permission to believe it yet. What a relief - tears of joy and grattitude are flowing 🤍
