Energy scattered by sleeplessness
Last night I had so much energy from the lesson, finishing my worksheet for week 2 and then talking to a friend, planning our Midsummer weekend (huge celebrations in Sweden). This meant going to bed a bit later than I planned, but I would still have 7.5 hours to sleep. I put the phone down next to the bed to use the sleep app, nothing else, no scrolling at all. Put my eye mask on to try to block out the midsummer twilight. And it took more than half an hour to fall asleep. Ok, that can happen. But then I woke up 5 hours later 😭 So tired, I was twisting and turning for more than an hour until i eventually passed out for half an hour. Almost every time I try to sleep a little longer than 6 hours, I wake up. It's exhausting! Have to work more on my biological foundation, but without energy it's hard.
