I felt lost during this session. I'll try and rewatch it. I'll go through the exercises anyways, maybe it will help figure out day 3. If so, I'll post an update. Was anyone else lost, or was it just me? I think I got myself focusing on the chat window. It's helpful, and I learn from it. But I think it was my distraction and the inability to meditate and be in a cinema looking at the open loop...well I got that far and I got the anxiety in chest and shoulders, but off I went somewhere else. I kept trying to drive back to the cinema, but I kept going down different exits. I hope to post something more positive later.
