Day 3 Done!
The belief that’s been holding me back most: “I have to do everything, do it perfectly, and never rest—rest means I’m lazy or failing”
Where it came from: Being taught “hard work = worth”, seeing rest as something you only “earn” if you’ve been productive, and always pushing myself to keep up.
My new code: Rest is how I build, not a pause. Doing less isn’t failure, it’s how I stay well, and it’s brave to give myself permission to slow down.
My Future Self statement: I am the kind of person who honors my energy, rests without guilt, and values my well-being over checking every box.
