The mask I’ve been wearing, The Adapter, the responsible one who keeps the peace and “just gets on with it.”
How exhausting it’s been, Constant pressure, hiding fear, performing confidence, and shrinking myself to avoid conflict or judgement.
What I loved as a kid, Playing sports for hours, riding my bike everywhere, and feeling completely free outdoors.
Friction Audit — My next steps:
  1. Stop adapting by default and take up space.
  2. Create without second-guessing.
  3. Build a freedom-based life using systems, AI, and structure that work for my ADHD brain.
