"My focus today was on the class assignments and the Q&A session. I finished the worksheet and found sleep is what I need most. Looking forward to implementing my small change starting tonight. Will put my phone away by 12 and try to sleep then. I know I'm supposed to have no screens that late but since it's been so bad, I'm weaning my self until I get it to a better, earlier time. The fact I'm putting an endpoint on it tonight is in and of itself a big improvement. "
