💭 Reflection:
"It's been a crazy, flat out day where I felt like I was flying from one appointment to another. I struggled and as soon as the time pressure mounted up, I felt the stress levels rise and the heart racing. Sage helped me off and on throughout the day to keep me on track and keep me focused. Some of the things that she got me to think about, made sense. At the time I wasn't sure but looking back, it was exactly the right thing to do. I had to lower my expectations as to how much I could realistically do in the lack of free time that I had. So I'm off to bed, I'm going to restart the 3:15am wake up for the 6-week cohort 3 live call but for tomorrow - the correct day! Oh dear - at least I can laugh about it now!! "
