"Right now I feel... behind! I was out today to the New York Botanical Garden Orchid exhibit with a couple old friends. I'm very proud of myself for sharing about Harmony ADHD and my journey. I'm ordinarily move private about my life and so I got a lot of encouragement. I almost cancelled but we'd had these plans for a while and I know the class was recorded and I'll plan on being caught up befoe the next class. "
