Daily Check-in - June 1, 2026
๐ญ Reflection:
"HAd issues with doing a second check in yesterday so maybe I won't do that..... started a new Mindvalley quest today - on the neurotransmitters in the brain. Anyway, our new quest, and so today it was a meditation on dopamine, and it was just first to try. We've got a couple other trial introductory videos, but it was wild. And I see that one of the emotions that I've also had blocked is wanting, is just desiring, not in a sexual sense, but just in a real like wanting of success, wanting of strength, wanting of order. And so I'm just like on fire today and anticipate having the energy and the focus and the drive really that I've not had. I mean, I think that some of the work with you and some of the stuff with the six week really kind of got me to the finish line with launching Lynn's Love Reiki, but as far as a consistent ability to really desire and just that whole body, hunger or thirst or drive has been missing from my life for a long, long time. So I have a lot of really good feelings about this as we go through this quest and learn other, have the meditations on the other neurotransmitters help as well, pretty exciting."
