I Michele, I am here to because my life is hectic and sleep is elusive. I spend my nights awake doom scrolling instead of sleeping and my days throwing myself into multiple career goals that almost never complete. I commit to showing up, not perfection, completing check ins, doing the exercises, engaging with the community. When it gets hard, and it will, I will come back to my rocks (having one career goal of travel nursing over the next 6 months and organising better sleep patterns and cease scrolling after 9pm) and remind myself why I chose to commit to these and the impact they can have to benefit my life. I will reach out to community, return to these rocks, do the minimum protocol, remember why I started. I understand that transformation is not linear, I will fail. What matters is that I come back.
